  1. Center

  2. Cone Up & Down

TIPS

  • Wheel Speed = Minimun twice as fast as Hand Speed

  • Stabalize your hands - arms connected to legs or sides, hands connected to each other

  • Sit as close as possible to the wheel

  • Sit lower centering & higher when pulling the walls

  • Only touch the clay if it’s spining
